ORAI1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ORAI1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,629 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ORAI1-associated genes across cancer lineages are FMO5, IL18BP, and SENP8. Each is linked with ORAI1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ORAI1-to-partner and partner-to-ORAI1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ORAI1 versus FMO5 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of -0.47.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ORAI1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ORAI1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
