OR9G1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, OR9G1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 488 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OR9G1-associated genes across cancer lineages are BPTFP1, RPL21P41, and PGAM1P2. Each is linked with OR9G1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OR9G1-to-partner and partner-to-OR9G1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, BPTFP1 grouped by OR9G1-low versus OR9G1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OR9G1→partner) and Y-score (partner→OR9G1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
