Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, OR8X1P RNA is linked to patient survival in 9 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated OR8X1P data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher OR8X1P RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated OR8X1P expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as KIRP show a favorable association.

UCEC, LUAD, and UCS are the cancer types where OR8X1P RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
