OR8J1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, OR8J1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,779 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OR8J1-associated genes across cancer lineages are PTPRG-AS1, BLOC1S3, and E2F1. Each is linked with OR8J1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OR8J1-to-partner and partner-to-OR8J1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PTPRG-AS1 grouped by OR8J1-low versus OR8J1-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OR8J1→partner) and Y-score (partner→OR8J1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
