OR8H2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, OR8H2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 24 significant associations in total. UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OR8H2-associated genes across cancer lineages are ANKRD11, WSCD1, and CTR9. Each is linked with OR8H2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OR8H2-to-partner and partner-to-OR8H2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ANKRD11 grouped by OR8H2-low versus OR8H2-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OR8H2→partner) and Y-score (partner→OR8H2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
