Across TCGA patient cohorts, OR8G5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,882 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OR8G5-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Nuclear export, Response to ionizing radiation, and Maturation of SSU-rRNA. Each is linked with OR8G5 in more than 11 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OR8G5-to-partner and partner-to-OR8G5 results are reported.
