Across TCGA cell cohorts, OR8G5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,604 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OR8G5-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR8A1, OR8G1, and OR10D3. Each is linked with OR8G5 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OR8G5-to-partner and partner-to-OR8G5 results are reported.
