OR7M1P

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, OR7M1P RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,979 significant associations in total. KIRC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OR7M1P-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Protein K48-linked deubiquitination, Regulation of translational initiation, and Protein acetylation. Each is linked with OR7M1P in more than 25 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OR7M1P-to-partner and partner-to-OR7M1P results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Protein K48-linked deubiquitination grouped by OR7M1P-low versus OR7M1P-high in STAD.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OR7M1P→partner) and Y-score (partner→OR7M1P) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
