OR7G1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, OR7G1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,315 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OR7G1-associated genes across cancer lineages are GAS6-DT, RPS29P32, and RNA5SP389. Each is linked with OR7G1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OR7G1-to-partner and partner-to-OR7G1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GAS6-DT grouped by OR7G1-low versus OR7G1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OR7G1→partner) and Y-score (partner→OR7G1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
