Across TCGA cell cohorts, OR7G1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 53 significant associations in total. LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OR7G1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ADAMTS13, WSCD1, and CTR9. Each is linked with OR7G1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OR7G1-to-partner and partner-to-OR7G1 results are reported.
