Q-omics provides the consensus-scored OR7E35P profile across patient tissues and cancer cell-line models. OR7E35P expression is associated with patient survival in 12 of 34 cancer types, with the highest sampling consensus in LUSC. Among the 18 cancer types available for tumor–normal comparison, OR7E35P is differentially expressed in 3, with the highest sampling consensus in BRCA. Additionally, OR7E35P RNA expression shows 6,374 significant pathway-activity associations, with the highest sampling consensus in STAD. Together, these results highlight LUSC, BRCA, and STAD as cancer lineages where OR7E35P shows reproducible signals across survival, tumor–normal expression, and patient cross-omics analyses.

Lineage consensus measures how broadly the result is shared across cancer types, distinguishing pan-cancer signals from lineage-specific patterns.
