Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, OR7E2P RNA is linked to patient survival in 20 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated OR7E2P data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD), where higher OR7E2P RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated OR7E2P expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as BLCA and KIRP show a favorable association.

LUAD, LIHC, and BLCA are the cancer types where OR7E2P RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
