Q-omics provides the consensus-scored OR7E28P profile across patient tissues and cancer cell-line models. OR7E28P expression is associated with patient survival in 17 of 34 cancer types, with the highest sampling consensus in HNSC. Among the 18 cancer types available for tumor–normal comparison, OR7E28P is differentially expressed in 10, with the highest sampling consensus in LUSC. Additionally, OR7E28P RNA expression shows 8,006 significant gene co-expression associations, with the highest sampling consensus in TGCT. Together, these results highlight HNSC, LUSC, and TGCT as cancer lineages where OR7E28P shows reproducible signals across survival, tumor–normal expression, and patient cross-omics analyses.
