The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal papillary cell carcinoma (KIRP), where higher OR7E157P RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated OR7E157P expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
KIRP, MESO, and LUAD are the cancer types where OR7E157P RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
