Across TCGA patient cohorts, OR7C2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,164 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible OR7C2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of mitochondrial membrane permeability involved in apoptotic process, Protein localization to cell junction, and Regulation of telomere maintenance in response to DNA damage. Each is linked with OR7C2 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OR7C2-to-partner and partner-to-OR7C2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Regulation of mitochondrial membrane permeability involved in apoptotic process grouped by OR7C2-low versus OR7C2-high in STAD.
