OR7C2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, OR7C2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 7 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OR7C2-associated genes across cancer lineages are AMBRA1, LAMA3, and PROM1. Each is linked with OR7C2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OR7C2-to-partner and partner-to-OR7C2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, AMBRA1 grouped by OR7C2-low versus OR7C2-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OR7C2→partner) and Y-score (partner→OR7C2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
