The strongest signal is observed in ovarian serous cystadenocarcinoma (OV), where higher OR7C1 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated OR7C1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
OV, STAD, and LUSC are the cancer types where OR7C1 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
