OR7C1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, OR7C1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,450 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OR7C1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RBM47, ARFGEF2, and NME3. Each is linked with OR7C1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OR7C1-to-partner and partner-to-OR7C1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, OR7C1 versus RBM47 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of -0.54.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OR7C1→partner) and Y-score (partner→OR7C1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
