OR7A10

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, OR7A10 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,301 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OR7A10-associated genes across cancer lineages are SPATA31D2P, OR10H3, and OR10AG1. Each is linked with OR7A10 in more than 11 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OR7A10-to-partner and partner-to-OR7A10 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, OR7A10 versus SPATA31D2P in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.93.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OR7A10→partner) and Y-score (partner→OR7A10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
