Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, OR7A10 RNA is linked to patient survival in 9 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated OR7A10 data layer compared with 6 for mutation status and 1 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in kidney chromophobe (KICH), where higher OR7A10 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated OR7A10 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as ESCA and COAD show a favorable association.

KICH, PAAD, and GBM are the cancer types where OR7A10 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
