OR7A10

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, OR7A10 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 506 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OR7A10-associated genes across cancer lineages are PHKG1P2, H3Y1, and SLC20A1P3. Each is linked with OR7A10 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OR7A10-to-partner and partner-to-OR7A10 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PHKG1P2 grouped by OR7A10-low versus OR7A10-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OR7A10→partner) and Y-score (partner→OR7A10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
