OR7A10

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, OR7A10 RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 45 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OR7A10-associated genes across cancer lineages are USPL1, PIAS4, and SNAPC4. Each is linked with OR7A10 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OR7A10-to-partner and partner-to-OR7A10 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, USPL1 grouped by OR7A10-low versus OR7A10-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OR7A10→partner) and Y-score (partner→OR7A10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
