OR6S1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, OR6S1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 4,462 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OR6S1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MZB1, CD48, and CD79A. Each is linked with OR6S1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OR6S1-to-partner and partner-to-OR6S1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, OR6S1 versus MZB1 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.19.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OR6S1→partner) and Y-score (partner→OR6S1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
