Across TCGA patient cohorts, OR6S1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,588 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OR6S1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of DNA metabolic process, Protein folding, and Lymphocyte apoptotic process. Each is linked with OR6S1 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OR6S1-to-partner and partner-to-OR6S1 results are reported.
