OR6S1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, OR6S1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 29 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OR6S1-associated genes across cancer lineages are mTOR, 14-3-3_zeta, and EGFR_pY1068. Each is linked with OR6S1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OR6S1-to-partner and partner-to-OR6S1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, mTOR grouped by OR6S1-low versus OR6S1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OR6S1→partner) and Y-score (partner→OR6S1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
