OR6K6

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, OR6K6 RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 54 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OR6K6-associated genes across cancer lineages are PPL, ABCC10, and PTK7. Each is linked with OR6K6 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OR6K6-to-partner and partner-to-OR6K6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PPL grouped by OR6K6-low versus OR6K6-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OR6K6→partner) and Y-score (partner→OR6K6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
