OR6J1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, OR6J1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,395 significant associations in total. KIRP shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OR6J1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZNF594, DNHD1, and RIMKLBP2. Each is linked with OR6J1 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OR6J1-to-partner and partner-to-OR6J1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, OR6J1 versus ZNF594 in KIRP, with a Pearson correlation of 0.22.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OR6J1→partner) and Y-score (partner→OR6J1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
