OR6F1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, OR6F1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,163 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OR6F1-associated genes across cancer lineages are VN1R66P, GOT1, and PRPSAP2. Each is linked with OR6F1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OR6F1-to-partner and partner-to-OR6F1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, VN1R66P grouped by OR6F1-low versus OR6F1-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OR6F1→partner) and Y-score (partner→OR6F1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
