OR5T2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, OR5T2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 28 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OR5T2-associated genes across cancer lineages are PRDX1, Cyclin-E2, and MEK1. Each is linked with OR5T2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OR5T2-to-partner and partner-to-OR5T2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PRDX1 grouped by OR5T2-low versus OR5T2-high in LUSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OR5T2→partner) and Y-score (partner→OR5T2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
