Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, OR5P1P RNA is linked to patient survival in 9 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated OR5P1P data layer.
The strongest signal is observed in kidney chromophobe (KICH), where higher OR5P1P RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated OR5P1P expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as BLCA and STAD show a favorable association.
KICH, THCA, and PCPG are the cancer types where OR5P1P RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
