Across TCGA patient cohorts, OR5H6 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 24 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OR5H6-associated genes across cancer lineages are Notch1, PCNA, and 4E-BP1. Each is linked with OR5H6 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OR5H6-to-partner and partner-to-OR5H6 results are reported.
