Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, OR5H6 RNA is linked to patient survival in 1 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated OR5H6 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in small cell lung cancer (SCLC), where higher OR5H6 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated OR5H6 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

SCLC are the cancer types where OR5H6 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
