OR5H6

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, OR5H6 RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 134 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OR5H6-associated genes across cancer lineages are SHROOM3, COL6A6, and AKAP9. Each is linked with OR5H6 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OR5H6-to-partner and partner-to-OR5H6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SHROOM3 grouped by OR5H6-low versus OR5H6-high in SOFT_TISSUE.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OR5H6→partner) and Y-score (partner→OR5H6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
