OR5G3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, OR5G3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,528 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OR5G3-associated genes across cancer lineages are FADS2B, LINC02735, and SOX9-AS1. Each is linked with OR5G3 in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OR5G3-to-partner and partner-to-OR5G3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, OR5G3 versus FADS2B in CHOL, with a Pearson correlation of 0.53.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OR5G3→partner) and Y-score (partner→OR5G3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
