Across TCGA patient cohorts, OR5C1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,679 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OR5C1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of DNA repair, Negative regulation of mRNA processing, and Positive regulation of plasma membrane bounded cell projection assembly. Each is linked with OR5C1 in more than 20 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OR5C1-to-partner and partner-to-OR5C1 results are reported.
