OR5C1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, OR5C1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,391 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OR5C1-associated genes across cancer lineages are PSMC3IP, WHAMM, and LZIC. Each is linked with OR5C1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OR5C1-to-partner and partner-to-OR5C1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PSMC3IP grouped by OR5C1-low versus OR5C1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OR5C1→partner) and Y-score (partner→OR5C1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
