Across TCGA cell cohorts, OR5C1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 485 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible OR5C1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are mRNA splice site recognition, Negative regulation of anoikis, and Positive regulation of establishment of protein localization. Each is linked with OR5C1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OR5C1-to-partner and partner-to-OR5C1 results are reported.
