OR5B2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, OR5B2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 30 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OR5B2-associated genes across cancer lineages are Bak, EGFR_pY1068, and JNK_pT183_Y185. Each is linked with OR5B2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OR5B2-to-partner and partner-to-OR5B2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Bak grouped by OR5B2-low versus OR5B2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OR5B2→partner) and Y-score (partner→OR5B2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
