The most reproducible OR5A2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of protein kinase activity, Regulation of cell cycle G1/S phase transition, and Antiviral innate immune response. Each is linked with OR5A2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OR5A2-to-partner and partner-to-OR5A2 results are reported.
