Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, OR56B2P RNA is linked to patient survival in 12 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated OR56B2P data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in uterine carcinosarcoma (UCS), where higher OR56B2P RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated OR56B2P expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as ESCA and BRCA show a favorable association.

UCS, DLBC, and ESCA are the cancer types where OR56B2P RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
