Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, OR52N1 RNA is linked to patient survival in 15 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated OR52N1 data layer compared with 6 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD), where higher OR52N1 RNA is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated OR52N1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as LUAD and OV show a favorable association.

LUAD, READ, and OV are the cancer types where OR52N1 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
