The strongest signal is observed in esophageal carcinoma (ESCA), where higher OR52H1 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated OR52H1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as SKCM show a favorable association.
ESCA and SKCM are the cancer types where OR52H1 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
