OR52H1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, OR52H1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,290 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OR52H1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are AGO1, ZBTB20_S353, and ZCCHC24. Each is linked with OR52H1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OR52H1-to-partner and partner-to-OR52H1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, OR52H1 versus AGO1 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.31.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OR52H1→partner) and Y-score (partner→OR52H1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
