OR52H1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, OR52H1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,695 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OR52H1-associated genes across cancer lineages are TOMM22P5, ATP5MC1P5, and RPS17P11. Each is linked with OR52H1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OR52H1-to-partner and partner-to-OR52H1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TOMM22P5 grouped by OR52H1-low versus OR52H1-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OR52H1→partner) and Y-score (partner→OR52H1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
