The strongest signal is observed in prostate adenocarcinoma (PRAD), where higher OR52E6 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated OR52E6 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as SKCM show a favorable association.
