Across TCGA patient cohorts, OR51Q1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 6,964 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OR51Q1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TP53BP2, PSAT1, and SDC1. Each is linked with OR51Q1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OR51Q1-to-partner and partner-to-OR51Q1 results are reported.
