Across TCGA patient cohorts, OR51Q1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,570 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OR51Q1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Cytoskeleton-dependent intracellular transport, Organelle fusion, and ERAD pathway. Each is linked with OR51Q1 in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OR51Q1-to-partner and partner-to-OR51Q1 results are reported.
