Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, OR51G2 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 5 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated OR51G2 data layer compared with 13 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in lymphoid neoplasm diffuse large b-cell lymphoma (DLBC), where higher OR51G2 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated OR51G2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
DLBC, STAD, and LUAD are the cancer types where OR51G2 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
