The strongest signal is observed in esophageal carcinoma (ESCA), where higher OR51E2 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated OR51E2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as SKCM and UCEC show a favorable association.
ESCA, LUAD, and LUSC are the cancer types where OR51E2 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
