Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, OR51A9P RNA is linked to patient survival in 10 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated OR51A9P data layer.
The strongest signal is observed in acute myeloid leukemia (LAML), where higher OR51A9P RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated OR51A9P expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as KIRC and PRAD show a favorable association.
LAML, CHOL, and SARC are the cancer types where OR51A9P RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
